Mastering the Stairs

What's not seen, is that a minute later, Mom sat down on the step and turned to talk to Daddy. I decided I wanted to go sit with her and somehow made it in her lap without ever crawling back down. Mom says she turned as I landed on my head and somersaulted into her waiting arms. I didn't cry because I got exactly where I wanted to be. Just a little dazed on the details of how.

8 months old

I like to play with my big sis's toys,
and be chased around the room on all fours.

Bananas, strawberries, pasta and cake
are some of my new favorite taste.

Pat-a-cake and peek-a-boo are fun to play
But splashing in the tub I could do all day!

Sleep is overrated when there's lots to do
however mom and i don't see eye to eye

8 months old and I'm getting so big
Mom doesn't know where the time did go.

Painting with my big sis

Rachel was finger painting and I wanted to help

She was kind enough to do my nails for me
