10 months old

This past month I've:
Gotten a new tooth
Stood up all by myself
Slept more consistently without waking up at 3am!
Lead music when instruments are playing
Bounce when people are singing

First Steps!

So this post is way late but Ashley took her first steps June 28th! We've tried to get it on film but she loses interest in walking for playing with the camera. She has since taken up to 5 steps to mommy or daddy or even to Rachel this morning. She hasn't learned how to stand up with out pulling up on something, but once she does you better watch out because she's going to be on the move. I know I'll regret this later, but I can't wait.

Mastering the Stairs

What's not seen, is that a minute later, Mom sat down on the step and turned to talk to Daddy. I decided I wanted to go sit with her and somehow made it in her lap without ever crawling back down. Mom says she turned as I landed on my head and somersaulted into her waiting arms. I didn't cry because I got exactly where I wanted to be. Just a little dazed on the details of how.
